La’Ketha D. Prioleau
La’ Ketha D. Prioleau’s Zeta light was lit on the campus of Louisiana State University-Shreveport as a member of Zeta Iota Zeta Chapter in Shreveport, Louisiana in the spring of the year 2000.
As certified Zeta Organizational Leader, Soror Prioleau has served as the Centennial International Phylacter, Regional, State and Chapter Phylacter, Chapter Basileus, First Anti-Basileus, and Tamias-Grammateus.
Soror Prioleau graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies and Political Science; earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science – Information Technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
After over 24 years of honorable service in the United State Army as an Intelligence professional and Acquisition Officer, Soror Prioleau now serves as a Senior Project Engineer at the National Reconnaissance Office. With her experience in space systems acquisition and contracting, she mastered managing highly technical and complex Intelligence System programs with budgets exceeding $8 billion dollars. Soror Prioleau specializes in helping to bring critical capabilities to service members in support of national defense operations. Within the Sorority, she specializes in leadership development, coaching, teaching and mentoring members to realize their ultimate potential and more.
Soror Prioleau is dedicated to community service and has served on several boards. In her spare time, Soror Prioleau is an avid traveler having visited four of the Seven Wonders of the World. She also owns a skincare spa, Esthetics by Elle and a Permanent Make up School located in Gainesville, VA. When she is not changing lives, one face at a time, she procures commercial real estate, currently owning properties in Woodbridge and Gainesville, VA.
A native of Port Gibson, Mississippi, she currently resides in Gainesville, Virginia. As someone who believes in serving with a spirit of excellence, La’ Ketha’s favorite quote is from Confucius. "When you are laboring for others let it be with the same zeal as if it were for ourselves."
